Return & Refund Policy
Due to food safety reasons, opened or consumed beverages cannot be returned.
For unopened products, return requests are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Change-of-mind returns are reviewed case by case. Customers may be responsible for return shipping fees unless otherwise approved by ONE PEN SG.
For damaged, leaking, wrong, or defective items, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue.
If your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the case.
Items that have been opened, consumed, damaged after delivery, or not kept in suitable storage conditions are not eligible for return or refund.
Orders that have already been processed, packed, or shipped may not be cancelled.
